What an amazing group of people at Celtic Custom Plumbing. Every single time they come out the job is done like they are working in their own. Donnie is a prime example of the consummate professionals they have on their team. He explains everything in detail beforehand, and then makes sure he and the company are doing the job the way the customer wants it done. Chris and his team did an excellent job. We agreed on a day and time for the installation and then he called and asked if they could start the job a day earlier. They came on time, and then returned to complete the installation as scheduled. The pump is working great and connects to my home's existing gutter system seamlessly.

I think they did a really good job, but on the outside, they didn’t ask how many spigots we had. They only redid the front one, it was a challenge to get them to get the back one to work, cause it was working fine before they started working. Responsiveness wasn’t the best.

Chris / Celtic Plumbing is the best in the business.  We utilize him for all plumbing needs and he is very professional, explains things well and always does what is right and is needed to be done.   An example of his professionalism is how he worked with our paver company on the build out of our fire pit and helped with discussions on the proper venting for the pit within the pavers.  This was outside of the scope of this job, but his advice was very important to keep us safe.  I highly recommend his services.

Excellent no complaints; its approximately the fourth project the guys have completed for me; everything has gone smoothly and have always been satisfied with quality, price, and professionalism.

When we made the appointment plumber made sure we were not in a crisis situation - promised to show up at 8AM next day and did - examined our issue - noted we had a spare part from faucet manufacturer and made necessary repairs - very professional and made sure we understood what he was doing and why - also told us to cjeck in a few days and let him know if we had any further issues. 

Excellent service.  The plumber responded that day, provided detailed options as to replacement units, their costs and benefits, and installed the selected option that morning.  All work was performed quickly, neatly, and correctly.  His rates were reasonable and he was professional.

They gave me the best price out of the 5 plumbers I called, and they also did great work.  They were neat, clean, and came on time.

Workers were professional, worked hard, and kept yard clean. Only negative was that they accidentally cut my phone line while digging. AT&T repaired it at no charge.

Chris went above and beyond from the very beginning.  I got several quotes from plumbing companies and Chris was the only vendor that actually went under my house to investigate and a**** my needs.  He was very easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable.  And his prices are very good.  Chris was also able to work around my deadline - and was accommodating and understanding when I had to change my appointment.
Chris and his tech did a fantastic job.  While he was removing the polybutelene piping from a bathroom inside the house, he noticed another area of polybutelene pipe that was only visible after he had gotten into the wall.  He alerted me right away and let me know the additional cost.  The additional pipe removal required replacing my shower handle and shower head - which I was actually really excited about because the old stuff was really old and cruddy.  I had to go to work, so I left Chris to complete the job and select the new shower handle, etc.  He called to let me know he had finished the job with no other problems and had locked the door behind him.  When I got home I was happy to find he had cleaned up the areas where he had been working.  I was also delighted to find he had selected a very fashionable shower handle and shower head - not too fancy or expensive, but not cheap - it was just right.
I will be using Celtic Custom Plumbing again in the future.  I recommend them highly.

I had two of the commercial guys come out and quote me a price, they didn't give me a quote on the sewer line and quoted me a higher price. This guy was more professional, he knew what he was talking about and gave me a lower price.
