I contacted Cass Plumbing around 6 p.m. after discovering a cracked leaking PVC pipe near my water meter. They responded promptly and arrived the next day. The technician was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. The price was fair and the repair was completed quickly. I was so grateful to have running water again!!! Overall, excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend Cass Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again.

Steve was an awesome tech! Professional, honest and thorough. He had our system up and running in minutes. We asked that he perform a maintenance on our water softener system and he emptied the old salt, cleaned, then provided new salt and softeing agent. He cleaned up the debris and all for a fair price. We're thrilled to have a company we can trust to help us with all our plumbing needs now!

In the beginning I was calling because my toilet kept backing up and my shower would gurgle which scared the crap out of me. CASS came out the SAME DAY I called and OH BOY I was nervous, when Brian said, a mess down there and my cables are stuck. This issue won't get repaired tonight, but my supervisor will be here tomorrow. morning . On the second day, sure enough the Supervisor ROLAND did come out. He was in the trenches along with his employee Luis and did not leave until the first part was repaired. Come to find out ALL the POC in my crawl space was DESTROYED, unbeknownst to me. So here we go, now there would have to be a major POC install. UGH!! The following Friday two different plumbers came. They were on it from 10a-3p. Very nice and communicative. It may have taken three CASS visits, but everything is working 100%. I literally met 6 plumbers and spoke to three assistants. EVERY employee was a blessing. Thank you, CASS Team!! A. We loved having Cass out to instal our new water heater. They did an excellent job and their technicians were both knowledgeable and professional. My only suggestion for improvement would be to up the communication with text confirmations and/or email. They communicated verbally very well, but when I forget things, it’s nice to know I can find times and days in an email/text confirmation. 10/10 would use Cass again. Thank you all.

I recently worked with Brian Cass from Cass Plumbing to replace all my outdoor faucets, as the garden hoses were stuck. Brian clearly explained the process beforehand and executed the work precisely as promised, delivering outstanding results. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Cass Plumbing.

They did not fix my clogged plumbing and suggested taking out a wall and replacing piping for lots of money. I called another plumber and they fixed everything in 30 minutes.
