We will always have Justin from Carpet Surgeon clean our carpets and furniture! We are hiring him for a small carpet installation job as well. Justin did an excellent job and our carpets look brand new. And what a wonderful person he is. Personable and knowledgeable and so respectful of the items and furniture in our home.

Justin performed his own version of the show with his own cast and crew members during the production process for the carpet restoration project. He was the one who made it happen for me and my family to be able to get a good deal on the projects that were being done by the company. The service was outstanding and the team did everything possible to get it right.

They were very quick with their responses and pricing when I initially reached out about getting my carpet repaired. It was ripped at the transition area going into my bathroom, thanks to my cat's handiwork. They explained the process, told me what the flat price would be and it wasn't too damaged, and got me scheduled quickly. I was thinking I'd have to replace the carpet but it's really expensive, labor intensive and time consuming to do that right now. Ralph was the technician who came out and did a fantastic job, he was efficient quick, had booties for his shoes, moved the furniture out of the way without any issues and you right to it. He even trimmed the extra piece of carpet and gave it to me for possible future repairs since I didn't have extra material on hand and we ended up stretching the carpet. Even my husband who was skeptical was amazed by the results. So happy we found them to repair our carpet, it just saved me a ton of money and huge headache.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful and professional Carpet Surgeon are. My floors are not squeaky anymore and the carpet wrinkles are totally gone. They even cleaned the carpet and it looks amazing. Will be hiring again for future cleanings for sure. Thank you!!!

I have used this service several times in the past few year. They have always done an excellent job and this time was no different. Gabriel came prepared, knowing I have a large carpeted area. He had extra long hoses. He inspected the carpet, sprayed the problem areas and got to work steam cleaning. He worked quickly by thoroughly.

Adam was great, he showed up right on time and had the repair done within 30 minutes. I had an extra piece of carpet, so he was able to use that to patch a small area at the door to our master bedroom. I will definitely use them again when needed.

A little disappointed, the teck appears to have done a good job however, I don't think I should have needed to clean up the carpet fragments after completion. Also in making appointment was told 10% discount for Angies list. Teck said no discount for minimum charge.

Carpet Surgeon did an excellent job. After 2 years we had a problem with the carpeting buckling in our bedroom. The Carpet Surgeon came and fixed it promptly and quickly. Adam and Jacob called ahead as scheduled and arrived on time and ready to work. They were dressed for the job and both well groomed and respectful of our building’s vendor protocols. I hired Carpet Surgeon to do my project and another neighbor and couldn’t have asked for anything better. We have an 18 y/o carpet in good shape, but in need of a little TLC. It now looks as good as when it was installed. Adam’s creative approach meant minimal arrangement of furniture and no removal of baseboards.

The cleaning was adequate at best. When I politely pointed out one area that wasn't as clean as the rest of the carpet, and that might benefit from some additional work, the technician didn't know what to say. After a couple minutes of awkward silence, he mumbled that it "might be wear and tear", and walked right out. He sat in his truck for several minutes, and had the office call me to arrange for payment. Although the price was reasonable, the work was not as hoped for, the technician's attitude was poor, and I would not recommend this company.

We are more than happy to send out a different technician and re-clean any areas of concern or the whole family room and steps again until you are satisfied with the work or refund the $129 amount charged. The technician we sent is IICRC certified and normally does a great job however apparently had an off day and did not clean or communicate to his or our usual standards, for that I am sorry.
