Carpet Daddy’s, LLC. is a privately owned and operated family business. We are not a franchise and we do not have any large company affiliations. We have almost twenty years of experience. Additionally, my wife and I have five children between us ranging from two to fourteen years old, two dogs and three cats. We have seen every type of stain & have experienced every type of odor life can throw at you. Once you try our service – you will never go back to those high priced, dollar driven companies. We keep our prices low by keeping our overhead low, not by sacrificing service. There are absolutely no hidden charges or fees. You will never pay more than our advertised prices. "I work very hard to provide for my family by providing all of my customers with the highest level of customer service and cleaning services at the best possible price. I take pride in my work and do my absolute best to remove all stains in addition to removing dirt and soil. If I can't remove a stain then it is a safe bet that whatever it was has already chemically bonded (become an unremovable stain) with the carpet, and is unable to be removed by anyone in the industry. I performed the work at this job on 3/23 - not 4/6 as stated by this customer.. The price charged after discount was $89 for three rooms of carpet cleaning - a very competitive - if not the best - price in the service area. I arrived within the scheduled time frame in uniform, in a marked van. I greeted the customer, evaluated the job, cleaned the carpets, and asked the customer if everything looked ok - before accepting payment. This customer did not say or infer to me that she was not pleased at the time the work was being performed or call with an issue after that, Otherwise I would have done everything in my power to make it right or not take/refund her money. I stand behind all my work and guarantee "If I Can't Make You Happy, I Won't Take Your Money". It is very disheartening not to be given a chance to rectify any issues either during service or in a reasonable time frame after the service has been performed. And then learn - online in a review - almost two months after a service was provided that a customer was not completely satified with my work."
