Here at Capital Roofing we offer a variety of different roofing systems to both our residential and commercial clients. We specialize in TPO, Coatings, Shingels, Pro-Panel (metal roofs), and modified bitumen (torchdown roofing). Each roofing system has it's own guarantee/warranty, but they range from 5 year to 35 years in guarantee/warranty. We are certified contractors with GAF, one of the nation's leaders in roofing technology. When we are finished installing a new roof GAF will send one of their roof inspectors to certify the roof and issue the guarantee/warranty for the roofing system. We offer financing through some of the nation's best lenders that specialize in home improvement loans under $100,000. We can also assist you throughout the insurance process with our in house public insurance adjusters, they are experts in the insurance industry and they will help your claim get approved through roof inspections and weather damage findings.
