He was great

The job overall was completed but not in the original way we spoke about via text, images, and verbally in person. The quality of the work that was actually done was satisfactory. He told me on various occasions that the way I wanted the job to be done was more difficult and time consuming than what he wanted to do. I wanted the problem subflooring removed in a large section and replaced. What was done: replacing pieces to either side of the middle and reinforcing the middle area rather than replacing. This was then charged as 3 separate pieces, ultimately resulting in a moderately higher bill via unit pricing. I wanted the bathroom flooring ripped out prior to VLP being laid. 1/3 was ripped out before he stated that this again was too labor intensive and wanted to just lay the VLP over the existing sheet flooring. I let him lay half his way. Via text when asked for a new estimate on the higher end was $675. I was charged 51% higher.

Excellent experience with Capital City Property Management. Anthony was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable about our problem with two sliding doors. He reviewed repair options with us before proceeding. We know that the job could have much costlier, yet Anthony brought it in for $45! We’ll use CCPM again for any kind of project.

Anthony repaired a leaking shower faucet and replaced a facade that had fallen from over my front door. He accomplished this in about two hours, time which included going to Home Depot to purchase the part for the shower.

Cameron was wonderful. He did have problems with putting in a new pull chain light in the closet. The wiring was old. So, it took much longer than anticipated. However, they only charged me for the estimated cost.

We have used CCPM for a few different repairs. They recently installed pull-down stairs and installed a new garage ceiling in our older home. We were concerned about the weight of the drywall and Paul did some research and discovered a PVC product we could use instead. They found safety issues with our garage door and fixed them. They left our garage looking better and safer! They treat your home like it is theirs and customer service is excellent. They take the time to do it right.

I normally don’t do reviews. Seems like with every transaction in life these days, someone’s asking for you feedback. And it becomes very time consuming, and only worth it for bad experiences as a warning to others. This time, I had to make an exception. The team at CCPM was outstanding. I could not as for better. I met with them in person and we did a walkthrough. Then I had to leave town. The team got to work quickly and maintained regular communication about progress along the way. Took pictures when the hit obstacles and took action quickly to resolve with alternative solutions. Finally, took final pics of all work done that was in scope, as well as a video walkthrough on FaceTime. I was cautious being out of town but the communication helped a lot. And the quality of service and dedication to the job was top notch. And all of this for a very reasonable price. Next job I have, I’m calling CCPM!
