THINGS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DO: cleaning or repair of your torn furniture. We do not fix rips or chew holes from pets. We do not repair Bonded Leather, Golf Cart Seats, Vehicle Seating, work with COM (customers own material) or add new foam/stuffing only. We offer Pickup and Delivery with our services!

"Melanie - thank you for taking the time to post your experience. Yes, you were not presented with a top-quality re-upholstery job when your chair was delivered to you the first time. As we discussed, due to the nature of the new covering that you selected, it did not lay the same way as the old fabric that you had on the chair. We immediately picked up the chair and readdressed all of the issues, including adding more padding, etc. to help fix the issue. We brought it back to your home for inspection, reworked the kinks again per your request. On top of all of that, I have done what any professional business person would do, and I am paying to have the chair crated, packed, shipped to Tulsa, OK., unpacked, and delivered into the location of your specification, and all having all trash removed. This is just going to be my cost of doing business the professional way. I have stayed in contact with you during this whole process and I will apologize only for the fact that it took longer than I would have liked as well to get resolved. Between Covid (my staff and the public in general), shipping and logistics overwhelm at this time, plus the holidays, I have done the best I could in the circumstances. Yes, your money paid for the fabric and labor - I, however, have paid for everything else and your chair will be delivered next week to Oklahoma."
