"This is not accurate, we never claim to know where a leak is coming from unless we can see a clear hole in the roofing or have access to an attic where we can find a water trail because water travels and where it comes out in the house might be far from where it entered the roof. We have been doing this since 1978 and bring that expertise to the job. A lot of people want to try to patch a problem that is beyond patching, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I'm sorry that in this case it didn't work, but the area we repaired doesn't leak."
