Giovanni is great! Answered my inquiry on Home Advisors right away and was at my house the next day. I have since hired him for other electrical jobs. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for good work at a reasonable price.

Giovanni came over right when he said he would, which was the next day of when I placed my call. He kept in touch by phone which was appreciated. He did a great job replacing our over the range microwave. It gave him a bit of a workout because it was such an old model, but he kept at it till it was done. We are very pleased with Giovanni, we recommend him highly and will use him again in the future.

I would recommend Building Repair and Solution when asked about knowing anyone who could do repair work around the home. I will be using them in the near future for other projects!

Yiosvanny the person that contacted me was very polite answer the phone every time we called. It was a shame their workmanship was not very good -tried to cut corners a lot. Hired him to open drywall in kitchen drywall and raise the celing (cosmetic) that involved making the opening for the air vent and they made the hole two big tried to patch it with a piece of drywall and caulking my husband had to be there to supervise every day to make sure they weren't doing incomplete work also had to change light fixtures in the ceiling when elevated and couldn't figure out how to install the dimmer switch. The work finally got completed I feel like we just paid them so they could get out of there .Their prices were good compared to other quotes but I guess you get what you pay for.

I explained to the handyman that we should use a hose to experiment to learn were the leak is located. He said no. He thinks he knows where it is coming from. He charged $60. In addition he would have to charge $10 for the silicone. I never heard of silicone costing $10, and kept the remainder of the silicone.
