BT Commercial Services, LLC, was formed to provide environmentally sound debris removal and hauling for residential and commercial customers in the metro Detroit area. Along with relationships with local companies, we recycle most of the product we haul including shingles, drywall, wood, metals and yard waste. We offer trash-out and clean-out services for Realtors, Bank Owned properties and families that that need to get their parents or grandparents homes cleaned out for sale. I explained the types and amount of furniture that we needed to dispose of and Bill made an excellent size recommendation. The dumpster was delivered on the day promised and was picked up quickly when we had it filled. I would highly recommend them and will utilize them the next time we need a dumpster.

Great communication right off the bat and throughout the entire process. Bill was always timely in getting back to me on my questions. He delivered the dumpster when we originally arranged and had no issue picking it up early. He was also the least expensive and the fact that his company is one town over from mine was an added bonus. Gotta love supporting the local guy!

I contacted Bill T. at BT Commercial Services to remove a variety of materials from my yard under a deadline from the city. Because of a delay in some other work we were behind schedule in the removal process. Bill came out to provide a quote within hours of my call and assured my they would be able to complete the job before the deadline which they did by a week. His crew was here when promised, worked effectively & with a sense of humor, were polite & pleasant. The job took 2 days to complete & they left the area clean & tidy having completed all we asked of them. We would definitely hire this company again in a moment.

This service was AWESOME! I got more than I bargained for with BT Commercial Services. I had to clear out my mom's house and garage to prepare for selling it (53 years of accumulation). Bill is the utmost in professional. I live 300 miles away and he was more than willing to help me out. The price was better than the competitors and I would have had to load it myself. He kept in contact and kept me updated and finished ahead of time before the Memorial Day holiday. He texted me pictures of the progress and I can't say enough. He helped me out during a difficult time and I would recommend him highly. I would not go to anybody else. Thanks Bill!
