I am an out of town real estate investor and Heath made me feel extremely comfortable even though I couldn't be on hand for the inspection. He was incredibly thorough and provided exhaustive documentation of everything wrong with the house. He also offered to go out again after repairs were completed for a fair and nominal fee. He will be inspecting every property I buy in the KC area for life.

Heath is a great home inspector, very thorough inspection and report. He went above and beyond for me when we had a last minute mix up with the listing agent forcing the inspection back a few hours. He was extremely flexible and understanding that I was working with a tighter than normal deadline as well. I wouldn't look anywhere else for a home inspector in the K.C. metro area. If your on the fence trust me pull the trigger! Brothers will do right by you!

Heath was very professional and thorough. We walked through the entire house together and he pointed things out to me as we went. He gave me pointers on improving the quality of my home care when I took ownership of the house.
