Alec is great! I have hired him twice now for various tasks and both times he was on time, super personable and got everything done in the time frame I was provided. I'm very happy with the results. Affordable is an accurate part of the name. I will hire again and pass along his name to friends and family.

Wood Stairs and Railings - Install or Replace
This husband and wife just opened their business this year. I would expect with more experience the attention to details will get better. The work was done as expected but the details (having to make multiple trips to store to pick up wood because he doesnâ t have a truck, screw sticking out, coming into house asking for ice then sticking his hand in familyâ s ice bucket without washing hands first) that would give a 5 star review were lacking.

"I'm glad to hear the work was completed as expected. We apologize for not owning a truck. We are a small, family owned, independent contractor business, and a work truck is not financially viable for us just yet. However, your job was bid as a whole and a set rate, so extra time used for Home Depot trips did not increase the price. The job was completed in less than 8 hours, and thankfully did not require multiple days. Alec always makes sure to let each customer know that if there are any issues, to reach out so we could correct it, and a screw sticking out would fall under the category of things we would have been happy to fix. Drywall - Repair
I hired Alec to remove some wet drywall in my bathroom and see if you could lift the ceiling in the shower. He completed both jobs in a timely manner for a good price and stayed in contact throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Alec arrived as scheduled. He installed two new light fixtures at the front door and during the same visit replaced the water line to our refrigerator. He was quick and professional. The jobs were done to perfection! Since these projects, we have been in contact with Alec to discuss a few more home remodel projects. He has offered great money saving tips and will be back to help put our vision to reality. He is very responsive via call and text! Highly recommend!!!!

Drywall - Repair
I had a hole in the wall that I needed repaired. Between the patch, the plaster, the finish work on the plaster and the paint, you canâ t even tell where the hole was! On top of that, Alec was so easy to work with. The customer service experience was incredible! I will definitely be using this business again, hopefully not for another hole in the wall!

Alec was very â user friendlyâ . He felt more like my kid helping me out than a â companyâ . He did more than drywallâ ¦..he did a complete room expansion. Demo; clean-up; re-do. Iâ ve had work done previously where I was picking up nails for weeks after the job. (I have 3 dogs so this is important). Alec was more meticulous with clean up than anything Iâ ve experienced before. His work ethic is refreshing and his price is right. Definitely recommend this company!!!

The most important part of hiring someone for work for me has always been how safe I feel leaving the quality of my home in someone's hands, and Alec has given me every reason to trust him with any job I throw at him. I constantly get comments on the work I've had him do. Not to mention how personable and easy to work with he is - I never have any hesitation bringing anything to him or even just consulting with him. Anyone would be happy to have him in their backpocket

Alec helped me when my washing machine became off balance and moved to the center of my basement. He helped me move it back, properly clean it, and even rigged it so that it wouldnâ t move if it became off balance again.

Iâ ve hired for a few jobs nowâ replacing a loose handrail on my basement stairs, repairing damaged electrical outlets in my bathroom, and it is such a relief to have access to this service. Theyâ ve never made me feel stupid or silly for needing help, theyâ re polite and responsive, flexible and empathetic. Their pricing is really fair. I recommend them to anybody buying or fixing property, because the help is really invaluable.

Great quality work. Scheduled quickly, did a fantastic job. Helped to fix my kitchen cabinets and shelving in my basement. He replaced and installed a new basement door, added the weather stripping as well as helped to re-seat my windows on their tracts.
