This included assembly and set up of a new large Dell touch screen C-Hub monitor, the new Amazon Echo-Spot and a special high powered indoor TV monitor. Not every laptops(PC) could be fix(repair). He couldn't fixed my Macbook pro(2011), a repeating in start up then shutted off. He tried with his two cellphones for little more than one hour, and he said my laptop is too old as time for new Macbook. Also, he said " perhaps corruption in hardware ". Thus, could not be fixed, less time then less money in service to paid him.

Billal called back right away. He came later the same day--at the hour he said he would be available. We are a mental health clinic with a complex AV system, professionally designed and installed (by a company in LA) that consists of 4 remote operated cameras and their mics, two remote monitors and a switching console. wired across 5 rooms. The dedicated computer that runs all this told us it could not find its' BIOS anymore.... Billal found it, got it up, and did some trouble-shooting and advising--so hopefully this will not happen again. His biz card is now attached to the computer's desk--and he will be the first if we have another disaster. Thank you so much Billal!!
