Home demo was outstanding and left me feeling comfortable with what I was going to be getting and how the systems work. The price was super affordable for the benefits the Gold system would give me. I had water softener AND the carbon filtration system in one. Zafar does an amazing demonstration. I hired him and the he was at my home less than a week later. He and his team were punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. They installed a new water heater for me as well and, with the limited space, did an outstanding job of getting it in and hooked up. The entire job was complete in just a few short hours and looks neat, clean, and truly shows a dedicated and meticulous team set it up. The entire garage was swept and looks like no one was ever there. I would not hesitate one bit in highly recommending this BDBL for anyone looking to improve their water quality. A+++++

Zack Arain with Better Drinking Better Water is undoubtedly the most professional home improvement person I've ever met! He came on time and at my convenience for both the water testing and introduction to his water system product and for the actual installation. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He did not pressure me into buying his product but even suggested I check out other companies before deciding. He was courteous and considerate and after installation made sure everything was working properly. He made sure all my questions about the equipment were answered. I am so happy we chose his company for our whole house water treatment.

Zack really work with you and is conscience of your pocket book. The quality of his workmanship is above average and he is detailed oriented, cleaning as he go and after he is finished. I am new to filtration systems, so I will have to let all know how I do the Watershield system he installed.
