Great job

It was a big project including roofing, siding, garage door etc. Overall, pretty good job. Cleaning after the work was excellent. Greg did all the insurance dealings as well. Payment was only required after the job was done. I am satisfied with the job and thankful to Greg and his crew for a timely job.

Currently, we are only in the planning stage, with actual work planned to begin once spring arrives. The bidding process went well, with all planning of all phases throughly covered in our negotiations. In all fairness to the other companies whom we approached, they all had solid reputations and vast experience in their field; but Bear Roofing was able to bid at a noticeably lower price. Bear’s lower price doesn’t reflect a use of cheaper materials or other cost cutting measures which should affect the quality of their work, but Bear Roofing had a lower apparent overhead and this was reflected in their bid to us. After the actual work has begun; and more importantly after the entire project has been completed, we will review how Bear Roofing followed through on their commitment to us, and how our faith in them played out.

Great quality. they are slow to start. I was told a start date and it never happened until about 2 weeks later.

bear roffing did good job on gutters the next day on 1/2 garage but greg told me he forgot to put on order because it was a veriable contract though he wrote it up i thought ok i called wk later he did say his guys are busy this wk.3 days later gregs guy is putting on leaf gaurds 2-3 wks. later i tryed putting my service door in garage 8:00-9:00 pm i checked your service magic for hanging door in garage the guy said four days later he chould get at it i called bear roofing at 9:30 greg saig he would have next day wade did awsome job

Greg was on time and competive with his bid. Work was done on the day scheduled and completed as promised. Workman cleaned the area of all scraps and was extremly knowledgeable and professional. Would recomend him to anyone.

I was most impressed with the clean-up. They even swept up debris that was there before they began.

Overall, pretty good. Their bid was middle of the range and they did give a bit (5%) off of their original bid. The materials were delivered to the front lawn the day before (without prepayment) and tear off and installation was done on one Saturday. The job itself seems to be done well, tho annoyingly none of the workers spoke English. Clean up was also good. The only reason I withhold a star is that it took them quite a bit longer to get to the job than initially estimated. It's true that some of that was weather related, but I had to call them repeatedly for updates. Payment was only required after the job was done.

Once the work got started they were there every day and worked hard. The job looks very professional and they cleaned up the jobsite nicely. The scheduling was not very accurate but I wasn't in a huge rush so it worked out O.K. They had the lowest bid price but included all of the services the other contractors offered. Overall, I am very happy with Bear Roofing & Exteriors, the just finished today!!

I had a very good experience with Bear Roofing. The price for my garage roof and gutters was very good. The roofers were fast, professional, did a great job with cleanup. They completed the job in six hours and advised me about some siding issues that they found. My only reservation about recommending Bear is that the communication level might not be adequate for some homeowners. I found out that my roofing project would be done about 24 hours in advance. Several days later, I came home from work to find the gutter crew taking care of business. This was fine for me but I can imagine that it would be troubling for some.

I needed a leak repaired.... they stopped by the day I made the Service Magic request, and sent the repair crew out the next day. They were so quick, I hardly knew they were here. I'm very pleased.

Greg had the shingles repaired the next day!
