My house is under contract and I needed a quick response to some BINSR roofing items that I agreed to repair and was under a deadline. I got on Angi and did a search. Zane immediately contacted me and was out the very next morning with his team! Everything was repaired superbly and he went above and beyond. The price and the quality of work was great

Repairs were completed expeditiously and the results blended perfectly with the rest of the roof.

Instead of providing an estimate they just did the repair work. My tenant called to warn me when they began the work and asked them to halt the work. At this point, they gave finally gave me an estimate, which was reasonable and I agreed to let them proceed. The work seems to be good and since the roof is old, I asked them to provide an estimate for replacing the roof and they agreed to do so, but I have not heard from them since.

Zane and Alec made me feel very comfortable hiring them like i have known them forever..

It was good.

Started great with the agreed-upon amount. Took pictures and bid the repairs then scheduled work. After a day or so said an additional 600.00 was needed. I did not have the funds so while the work was mostly completed 95%. Very little was left I was told the additional work was completed at their expense. Owner called and stated what was left which was minor and it was. My only comment is a contract is a contract you need to get after the guy the bid the job.

They were on time and worked until done. Good quality work.

Has still to complete replacement repair of 1/2 tiles that were additionally broken in repairs. Promise to return at a time convenient to complete and finalize.

Beach Ventures was the one of the best contractors I ve ever worked with. You ever wish you knew a guy or had a family member that could help you with a project? Well now I feel like I have a friend in the roofing business (said in Shane Company Diamonds commercial voice) They helped me make decisions that were best for me, the home owner, on what to repair, and what could wait. It was a great feeling knowing they were giving me honest, fair opinions. Their bid was almost half the competition also!!!! I couldn t recommend them enough! I ll be calling them again and telling everyone in my neighborhood that these guys are personable, fair, and really cared about getting it done right!

I have never meet such a nice company. Tyler Stevens was the nicest guy. We had a bullet come thru our roof. When he showed up he wanted to make we were ok. He didnâ t charge us for the tiny hole in the roof. Another company said $500.00. I would and will call on this company again. Highly highly recommend
