At Bauer Roofing, our Columbia roofing contractors are here to assist you with all your roofing service needs. Established in 1989, Bauer Roofing, is a general contractor specializing in roof replacement in South Carolina. Our goal is to provide the best possible roofing experience. We remove old roofing felt as needed, and replace it with new material. We re-flash your brick chimney, check all other flashing, and reseal as needed, using 100% silicone caulking, and replace old plumbing vent boots. At your request, we evaluate the adequacy of your roof venting, and we are capable of bringing it up to standard if a deficiency exists. Bauer Roofing, is bonded, insured, and licensed by the state of South Carolina Licensing Board for Contractors.

There were several broken shingles on my roof. The crew from Bauer Roofing company arrived on time after assessing the issue and repairing the damaged shingles. They examined the entire roof to make sure there were no more issues. They were knowledgeable, and they gave thorough explanations. The price and service speed were both acceptable. Fantastic work!

Do not pay for repair until you are completely satisfied with repair job!! Mr Bauer never explained why they did not do the work that their quote was based upon and like a fool I paid them for what they were supposed to do, not what they actually did.

I was waiting at 6:30 am for them to show up for the appointment that was scheduled and at 8:30 am I had to call him to be informed he wouldn't be coming due to his back being out. He had sent another guy to do it but the first time he showed up he had to leave & return because he didn't have all the appropriate tools. Being in contact with me to let me know he wouldn't be showing would have been helpful and appreciated.
