BAS Inspection LLC was chosen via Angi for my new home purchase. I spoke with Mr Darius, owner operator briefly before choosing, he was very personal, friendly while maintaining a professional tone. He arrived before our timeslot and immediately began working. He spent 3.5 hours and was very thorough during the process. He had a warm approach which made the experience more welcoming. After he completed everything he went over specifics and advised he would have a formal write up by end of day. I truly appreciate his honesty and overall confidence in his business. I am a first time homebuyer and hired BAS LLC to inspect the property, putting my trust in his professionalism. He told me my roof was perfect and still had about 10years of life left, only for me to discover the next day after closing that my roof was leaking and needed a complete a complete replacement. If only BAS LLC had done his job properly, it would have saved me money during the buying process. Now, I am asking myself what else did he miss or say that is completely false?
