This company was communicative, professional, and had a next day appointment to diagnose my dryer hinge, then a next day appointment to fix it. Balal was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The person I texted with was courteous and answered my questions about payment in advance. Balal quicky fixed my dryer problem and it now works well! I will use this company again!

Great Job. Schedule the very next day, then they were able to send someone a little earlier than expected. The work was done quickly and for a fair price. This is the ONLY appliance repair company that called me back, and they were so prompt and amazing to work with. Warren was in touch with me continually, and flexible when it came to organizing a convenient time for both of us to assess the problem with my washer. Although he could not find the part anywhere to fix my 7 year old Maytag washer, he did offer options including finding a refurbished part. In addition, he offered professional advice when I asked him what to do next, and what brands he would recommend if we bought new. I would highly recommend talking to Warren-he was so helpful and a pleasure to work with!

The repair person showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. He replaced the bad part. Then ran washing machine and an added a cleaning solution to wash since the water had been sitting for a few days. I will definitely hire again for any appliances problem I have in future. Great job! Thank you!

Genna was punctual and always called in advance to let me know he was on his way. The hinge on my wall oven door had broken so door just hung open. They had to order a new part but the front desk person was quick to call and setup the followup appointment once they knew the day the part was supposed to arrive. Genna was very efficient and fixed it quickly and even was able to bend the inside of my door back into place where it had come away at the sides.

Excellent. Prompt response and we’re at my house within 2 hours. Technician was able to do a fast diagnosis and explain what he found. Tried two parts that didn’t work, so went out and got the right part that did work. All done within the same day. Price was ok. Not cheap, but didn’t seem excessive.

Very pleased with the company and service on our Kenmore washing machine and dryer. We decided to have the dryer vent cleaned at the last minute. The technician, Genna, was on time and professional. He also took the time to look at our dishwasher and ordered a part to be shipped to our house. He gave suggestions on maintaining our appliances. Our issues were resolved at a reasonable price. Abraham has been to our home twice - one to repair a heater coil in our dryer and this past weekend to fix our refrigerator. Both times he was professional, knowledgeable and really knew what he was doing. We had done both repairs previously by another contractor but they were done poorly and did not last. Abraham did the repairs right. I recommend him and Atlanta City Appliance Repair highly.

These guys repaired several appliances in my house. This time, fridge in our rental property stopped cooling and they fixed it. We paid $276 for new thermostat, heater and thermistors. Went well as usual hopefully nothing else would break at this property.
