Great! Frendly and quick. Alejandro (Alex) is an IT Pro for a major institution and branching into his own business. He knows his stuff. Talking with him before before I brought my computer in he gave me a good idea of the price, which was the no surprise bill. I brought it in between noon and one and it was ready by 4 pm; same day service in the IT business! Next time I need device help I know I will be back.
