Very knowledgeable about asbestos and fast with testing and results

The original manager treated us with respect and acted with integrity. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. There was a little debris and a mask left behind, but for e everything else, they did a great job.

Asbestos service, responsiveness and detailed explanations were appreciated in understanding more about the process. Their pricing came in a bit higher than others. I have nothing to compare the quality of work to, but the team that did the work was very fast. Very grateful for the efficiency, but made me question the value of the cost given the work was completed in roughly 1.5 hours.

Jim was super helpful and professional! We had an area flagged as “potential asbestos” on our inspection and moving from out of state with a toddler, just wanted it resolved ASAP. Our seller lined up a competitor who saw the area of concern and happily gave a bid for mitigation; I gave Jim a call & he recommended sampling first. He could have just as easily sensed we were in a bind and recommended the more expensive route, but we went with Jim & came up negative for asbestos. Thanks for saving us time & money, Jim!

Jim was very punctual and informative. He was able to schedule my project within a decent timeframe and was able to price match a competitor’s quote. The team arrived on time, if not early, to complete the job. They were friendly, they kept the house clean, and they were finished within a few hours. The job was complete and looked great. The air quality results came back great with no detection of toxicity. The only reason that I did not give five stars is because the team did not remove the mastic on the stairs as was previously discussed. Overall, I would recommend this company and Jim was awesome to work with!

APM was prompt in their response, knowledgeable and very helpful during the testing process.

Very fast initial response. Seemed most responsive and trustworthy of those who did. Unfortunately, it was a positive for asbestos. They were in the middle on price. They did a good job removing the floor tiles, though it took longer to schedule than I first thought it would be and they left a number of hand prints and marks on the newly painted walls. Leave the wall painting until after they do their work.

Tested multiple samples from our residence for asbestos. Friendly and informative. Fast turn around on results, especially during the holidays. Saturday appointment times are a big plus too. Would hire again.
