Alton provides THE BEST customer service, even on a Sunday when I realized my brine tank wasn't working properly and I needed help. He so patiently walked me through a step-by-step process of first figuring out the issue, and then told me exactly what to do to fix the situation. Unlike so many other companies that were trying to just sell me a whole new system, he problem-solved (he knows so much!) and legitimately saved me thousands of dollar, while also protecting my health and my house, as I have very hard water. Alton is the example of what standing by your product and providing great service should be like everywhere!

Aqua Soft was a wonderful choice for my home. I purchased a system online that requires hiring a plumber to install it. After several calls, I discovered that no one wanted to install the system for me. I accidentally (It was a God thing) found Aqua Soft and I am thrilled. I called them on Tuesday and they came to my home on Wednesday. The system was installed on Thursday. I am so excited that my water no longer smells or tastes like chemicals. My skin and hair are in much better shape now that I have perfect water. Alton was a blessing to deal with and I am so thankful I found this company.

I would HIGHLY recommend Alton given my experience with him and the aquasoft system he installed in my home in Riverview. Prior to doing so, he spent a lot of time with me explaining the benefits of the water softener/filtration system. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite and not pushy like many salespeople are. Prior to hiring him, I had two other companies come out to give me bids. Alton's quote was over 2K less and his product was hands down the best based on its reliability and lifetime warranty. The install took about an hour after he arrived on time based on our scheduled appointment. This kind of service and follow through derserves this kind of positive feedback. Thank you Alton!!

Quality people to work with and professional workers...!!!

Alton Rochester came by showed us the impurities in our water and how it had disinfectants in it. We tested the house water, well water and various brands of bottled water. We decided to go with the Aquasoft brand over other because of the low maintenance, quality of the product, and warranty of the product.
