"We apologize if our service did not meet expectations. The existing anchors in pool deck were not compatible with the loop loc style cover that was purchased by customer as it came with the correct anchors that needed to be installed. There were multiple sets of anchors in deck but unfortunately there was only a handful of the correct style anchors and it was not enough to safely cover the pool, therefore further action of installing the correct anchors the cover came with was needed. We ensure we are well qualified to close pools but we had no involvement it measuring or purchasing this cover. Also note customer was not charged."
