Mason was the repairman who fixed my GE microwave. He arrived at my home at the time we had scheduled. Mason went right to work and diagnosed the problem within the first half hour. Unfortunately, Mason needed a new part to do the repair. He located the part and gave me the new cost of this service. I OK'd the price, and he left to get the part. When he returned, he finished up the repair. Mason did an excellent job and kept me informed throughout. He was a professional who took pride in his work.
