Outstanding service. Our dishwasher is relatively new but out of warranty. I was delighted that Appliance Pro talked through options with me, and then when I called back with additional information, came to our house within hours to diagnose and fix the problem.

Very well. I left a voicemail, he returned my call 90 min later. He was at the end of his day, and offered to come out same day. He was upfront about his pricing. He was very professional, and friendly. He completed the job efficiently, and offered advice for other maintenance he could do while he was there, no pressure. We will call him again for any appliance work we need done.

Excellent: punctual, polite, efficient and skilled. He fixed a short on a stove burner and repaired a leak in the dishwasher. He also made helpful suggestions for our use of the dishwasher.

Jim explained the issue and what caused the heating element to go bad. Jim had the parts available and had the repair done in less then 30 minutes. I will be using Jim in the future for any repairs.

It went extremely well. Jim was very thorough, explained what needed to be done and did a marvelous job tracking the parts, which was difficult, and then installing them. Couldn't be happier. We are also contacting him to install our dishwasher. Rather than worrying about an unknown quantity in that regard, it's worth the peace of mind to have him do the job right. He was also honest in saying that he would probably be a bit more costly to install than Lowe's or Home Depot, which was impressive. Me, I'm a bit believer in you get what you pay for. At any rate, when I move again, these upgrades will more than pay for themselves.

Jim was a first rate technician. He's very, very knowledgeable and attentive to his customers. He would text or call every once in a while to let me know how the order stood for a rebuilt circuit board. (It was fast.) When he could make a trip ahead of schedule --- that happened twice --- he'd call to make sure it was OK. Appliance Pro might not be the least expensive service you can get, but you can be sure the job is very done well. You'll be satisfied.

Appliance Pro, Jim Thompson, quoted a price of $500 to repair my refrigerator that was icing up and making the fan noisy. He basically bragged to me (twice) about giving a one year warranty and probably being the only company to do so. I let them do the fix and now the refrigerator is doing the exact same thing again 10 months later. When I talked to him about it and asked about his warranty he pretended to know nothing about it and wanted to know who told that to me. When I stated HE DID he asked me to send him the invoice and he would get back to me that day. Well, you probably know the rest. I have not heard from him in about a week and I am sure I will not hear from him in the future. It seems he will tell you anything he needs to in order cut the conversation and then good luck having him stand behind what he tells you or has told you. I know I will not waste any more of my time or money with this so called company. A really sad way to do business.

Fantastic! Jim communicated well on the whole process and had me up and running as soon as he received shipment on the major part. I could tell from his description of what he needed to do that he had a great amount of specific experience that helped him know how things had to be done. I think I made the right choice to repair rather than buying new. Years of quality usage still remain.

Jim assessed that it was not cost effective to repair the freezer. He was very helpful in trying to troubleshoot the problem over the phone, and had a lot of useful advise about possible options. I would heartily recommend Appliance Pro and would use them again.

I have nothing but positive remarks about Jim from Appliance Pro and the job he did. Came in a timely manner. Diagnosed the problem right away. Went out of his way to get a needed part before the supplier closed. Then the most important point…he fixed our refrigerator. I’m hoping I won’t need his services again, but if I do this will be the place I call.

This was the only repair shop I called who came on the same day. Jim came and told me that the needed part was hard to get. Instead of leaving it like that he made phone calls and was able to find the part and that it would take a few days for it to be delivered. Only two days later, a Friday, he left a message saying he had gotten the part. When i called in the afternoon he came right over, installed the part. I so admired his honesty and his willingness to do all he could for me. I highly recommend Appliance Pro.

Terrible. I told them in advance that the bottom bearing was shot and I gave them all PERTINENT information about the washer. The repairman showed up agreeing that the bearing was shot and quoted me a price of $346.00 , I said FIX IT. He said he didn't have the parts and would be back in a week. 10 minutes later he called and raised the price to $501.00 ,I said forget it. He said you owe me 89 dollars for the visit. I paid for them to tell me what I HAD ALREADY TOLD THEM.

Jim was excellent. He was on time, professional, and provided quality work. He found the parts need and was able to install and get the dryer running quickly. Will definitely use them again.

It was great!!!! Very Professional and explained why we needed a new one and the other one couldn't be fixed and explained the differences between the old one and the new one. Very helpful.

We called him after 4 pm and by 7pm it was fixed, which we didn’t expect. He gave us lots of information about the issue and was very good explaining what he was doing. He was professional, pleasant and was very good about physical distancing. I have already recommended the company to a friend and would use them again without question!!

Mr. Thompson was able to schedule my repair very quickly and he diagnosed the problem with the dryer right away. He was very professional and knowledgeable and the dryer is working perfectly. I would definitely call on Appliance Pro again for any repair services.

We had used Jim before to help us with a problem with our ice maker. We were satisfied with his previous work. He recently came out to fix our washer machine. However, the repair that he made changed nothing and the end result was us writing a $300 check only to have the same problem. He assured me when he was at my house that if there were still problems he would come back out and give me a significant discount on any additional services needed to get it running again. However, it has been over a week and he will not return my calls or answer my texts. I see other reviews were this seems to be the case with this company. You are gambling by agreeing to pay for any services from this company. They will not stand behind their work. My advice would be to stay away and go with a company that won’t avoid you after they take your money.

Jim and his son showed up at my house on time and did a great job of diagnosing the issue with our dryer. He cleaned up after the work was done and was very professional. We will definitely use Jim again if needed.

They arrived in the scheduled window and were great about fixing a job the previous installer had seriously botched up with the wrong parts and a lot of corner cutting. They were very clear on explaining everything that was done and really did a great job. We are very happy with everything.
