Tan Doan the technician did a great job and got my dryer working again. He had the required part with him and replaced a switch that was causing the problem. He also took about a min to look at my problem and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator which I was very grateful for. I have been trying to figure that out for over a year.

I have never had such honest professional work done on an appliance until now. It’s such a refreshing feeling after being scammed three times. Thank you, thank you thank you for your professional professionalism and honest work!!!

All great except the ice machine began working again just before agent arrived, so no work needed. He did provide the lightbulb code so I can order a new lightbulb on Amazon.

Tan, the owner responded quickly to my first call. We set the appointment, he gave a 2 hr. window and he called 20 mins. before he arrived. He diagnosed the problem quickly, but he had to order the part. Again, we scheduled the next appt. July 12th; he called before he came out and fixed the problem in less than 20 mins. He gave a 6 month warranty on the part and labor. I would definitely recommend his company. Thanks Tan!!!

Tan is a very experienced professional. He found that I only needed a fuse to fix the problem. Then he asked if I wanted the door latch fixed because the dryer didn’t stop anymore when the door was opened. He had the part with him which fixed the problem and now the light in the dryer also works. He asked if I had problems with any other appliance in the house. He checked the light in my fridge and discovered that the bulb just wasn’t screwed in far enough. He said let’s fix things so you don’t need another trip charge. Tan is an honest and very capable man. I highly recommend him.

Tan was fabulous and more than fair in his pricing. Unfortunately my old dryer was unable to be repaired as the piece required was no longer in stock. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.
