I needed to scan and clean my PC after been hacked. However, they found the hard drive has some problems per Buddy, the owner.. So the hard drive was replaced and Michael did restored the necessary programs, etc. on the new hard drive. In addition, he answered all the questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some valuable advice. An hourly rate was a bit high but considering the work he did to help me to run the computer efficiently, it was worth it.

the work was to clean up my computer and remove some malware Buddy did this remotely. While he was doing this he explained exactly what he was doing over the phone. He was very thorough and explained everything in language I could understand. He spent an hour cleaning up my computer and made some suggeestions about upgrading windows operating system. the price was very reasonable.
