I am very satisfied with the work of AML service technicians who came to remove a wall oven and install a new one. I highly recommend AML Service and will definitely call the next time I need appliance service or installation. The price was very reasonable for a 2-hour job with two technicians, and the technicians were prompt, professional, knowledgable, and courteous.

Chose ADL from Samsung website recommendations, but they fix all appliances. Excellent professional work on a leaking refrigerator, frozen, blocked drain.Courteous, friendly, polite. Office responsive, kept in touch about when they were coming. Reasonably priced and honest. They even came back when we had a shelf adjustment problem after they finished. Will definitely use them again.

Bob and Tony were great and fixed a problem that Samsung’s other repair service (Service Quick) couldn’t do. If you have a Samsung warranty repair in LA, ask for AML instead of Service Quick (Jeremiah - who was rude and couldn’t fix my issue).

I have had three previous service providers come to my house to diagnosis my double oven issues. None were able to resolve it. Bob and his assistant had the right tools and knowledge to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. They are very knowledgeable and professional. When I have any appliance problems in the future and AML will be my first call!

Will unhesitatingly work with AML Appliance again. Terrific communication leading up to the appointment both in working with my schedule as well as confirming the day before. I had a 3pm-6pm window. Maria called to tell me the technician could be there by 2:30pm. Bob showed precisely on time. He immediately assessed the problem with the dryer and was able to fix it in scant moments. I asked him to not put the bottom panel right away so I could vacuum in there. He insisted on getting in there with vacuum himself which he surely did. not need to do. Top notch work and attitude on all fronts. And all done before the start of the original appointment window.

AML SERVICE had a great repair system. First the technician came over to do a diagnosis on my dishwasher. Then, they told me about the problem and said they would order the part to fix the leak. A couple of days later, the technician came back and fixed the dishwasher and I was so relieved that everything worked and I dont need to wash the dishes by hand anymore. Thank you AML SERVICE for repairing the dishwasher.

The repair was more difficult than anticipated but to AML’s credit they continued to diagnose the problem and repair the appliance. AML kept me in the loop during the entire process. The technition was courageous and always on time for the set appointments , and the office staff was very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would definitely work with AML again.

Samsung sent four other technicians who failed to identify the problem with a faulty burner. It was incredibly frustrating. Thankfully, they sent AML to check the range and they were able to immediately identify the problem and repair it. It would have saved me so much time and frustration had Samsung sent AML form the get-go. I would absolutely recommend them.

AML Service was incredible! Samsung sent out damaged part and it was quite difficult to get them to respond. AML stepped in as advocate for the customer. Samsung changed their tune and a replacement door was shipped out. Maria in the office kept me in the know and Bob was a terrific repair person.They are awesome!
