American Mold Experts

We experienced water damage in our house and i am sensitive to mold and have chemical sensitivity as well. I have a young child and pet and wanted someone who would remove mold and do proper testing and clean with something nontoxic so that i would not react to mold or cleaners. I was so happy to find a company not far from me that not only did this but also did whole house and hvac cleaning as well and was so thorough. Even tho dealing with this has been upsetting, every person in this company has went above and beyond to help ease our fears, answer questions and update us step by step. I would highly recommend this company esp to anyone sensitive to chemicals and or mold or who wants the job done right (should be everyone!)

AME came to test my new home after my son was sick more than usual after moving. They tested the whole home and found issues to address. After the remediation they did clearance testing and we have all been feeling better since then. They were prompt and walked us through every step of the process and answered our many questions. They are truly the EXPERTS!

We utilized AME (American Mold Experts) to complete testing for mold in a bathroom and our crawlspace. The results provided by a third party lab, showed we had mold in our crawlspace. Our AME contact, Jacob called to go over the results. Jacob was very knowledgeable and took time to explain in detail the different kinds of molds, most likely source of the mold (plumbing leak and inadequate ventilation) and options they could provide to remediate. We decided to have them complete the work, which included the remediation and replacement of the vapor barrier. We were 100% satisfied with the work and the 2 employees sent out to do the work. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the work they were doing and the product they were using. We have had our post testing completed and plan to sign up for the yearly testing / inspection program. We have been especially impressed with Jacob, he is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Would recommend AME.

We are grateful for their professionalism and prompt services which enabled us to get our home taken care of properly. We highly recommend them and would use them again!

Was very leased with their work

We have had the American Mold Experts Warranty program for several years. The house crawlspace was treated for mold a few years ago and is inspected again each year. We receive a thorough report with photos. The inspector calls before the visit to let us know his time of arrival. He has the previous years report for reference. The inspector is professional, thorough and very personable, answering any questions. An excellent service

It's not cheap, but the ill effects of mold will cost even more.

These people care very much about your home and treat it with great attention and professionalism.

The inspector showed up early and was very thorough. Bill was very helpful in providing information about our HVAC system and how to adjust it to get the humidity levels down.

This was the 3rd mold remediation company I contacted, and they came out promptly and did the work for slightly less than the other companies had estimated, including more services. Very professional and experienced; I recommend them highly.

They were on time, detailed while inspecting , Quick with the results and the gentleman who called with the results occupied my phone call for 2 hours. They wanted to show and explain the results in person ,but I was pressed for time , so I requested a phone conference. I'm pleased and will use them for my crawlspace repair company and basement water proofing company as we have a need for their services. I'm pleased and I'm difficult to please , so it goes a long way with me when I find a quality business to work with and feel confident in referring . They have my vote

I would never go anywhere else for mold testing. I called and the lady in the office was so nice and informative and got me scheduled around my crazy schedule, not theirs so that meant a lot. The guy that came out and tested my home was really nice and professional. I was so glad to know we didn't have mold! I have told everyone I know about American mold experts.
