The tech did come out and he came out at 8 o?clock at night, which I definitely appreciate him coming out. He told me that I have parked at one out on my refrigerator. I have an LG refrigerator that had a recall on it. Should you call me the next day he did not I texted him that afternoon. He said he ordered a part he was supposed to get back with me I text him three times. He said he was going to put a tracker on the motor for my LG. He said they were going to pay for the part, but they may end up paying for all of it, but he would never give me a full price of what it was gonna cost me and he could not give me a time. He was not very forthcoming and now this has been three days and I am without a refrigerator and I tried to talk to him. He was not forthcoming so I will never use your service again very dissatisfied with this gentleman. He was not forthcoming at all. You just can?t leave a person hanging and not, tell them how long it?s gonna take you have to tell them when the parts

The Repairman (Alex) arrived within 2 or 3 hours after the initial call. Upon arriving, he put booties on to cover his shoes and came in the house. After describing to him what the washer was doing, he went right to work. Within no time, Alex determined what the problem was and told us he would have to order the part. He phoned the following day and advised us the part was in and showed up within a couple of hours and fixed the washer. While there are we explain to him another problem we were having with our dryer. He quickly went to work on that and again, within an hour or so, he had the problem resolved. Alex Is very knowledgeable in what he is doing and waste no time making the repairs. This company has it going on. I won't hesitate to call them for any other needs on my appliances.

Alex showed up an hour earlier than expected but called first. He brought his tools in and got right to work. He replaced the control module behind the refrigerator and cleaned up the work area.
