Five years ago Custom Installations replaced my roof shingles and the gutters. Afterwards I made two complains. During the processes for resolving both complains John Robinson and Bob Pohlman patiently listen to my discretions of my complains. John Robinson even climbed up to my attic in order to find out the reason of the leaking in 2021. He kindly told me that the leaking most likely was from the ice-dam, and suggested me to put more insulations to the attic. Their responded to my complains politely and professionally. I appreciate it very much, and highly recommend their service to homeowners who have roof or gutter problems to fix.

I had a very polite and understanding experience with both Dany (sales) and Oscar (manager/scheduler of all roofing crews). They answered every concern and listened to you on a very one to one level. They have your back if anything goes wrong. Thank you guys for making house look awesome again.

Although we didn’t end up getting our roof from this company. I wanted to take the time to mention how much I appreciate that they did not try to pressure me into buying through them. Danny came out, was super friendly and professional (didn’t make me feel bad about the condition of my roof) and did the free estimate. He followed up and I let him know we went a different direction. He understood and was respectful about the decision. All of the other roofing company’s we reached out to are still hassling us as if we are on an internal list- which is why I felt the need to leave a great review for Custom Installations. The whole process from start to finish was wonderful! Kevin was amazing and put it all together. Then once the installation started John was on top of everything from the start to the finish. Both Kevin and John were personable and available to answer questions and took time to get to know us. We are glad we found Custom Installations. He's done "Siding Installation or Repair" - I had many quotes. He came out: he was very clear n his quote. he got the job done quickly and was BY FAR better (in every category) than the other 5 contractors who also bid on the job!
