Highly recommended. This is how all sales, purchase and installation experiences should be. The sales staff was knowledgeable, efficient and honest. No "upsale" or pressure, just good, helpful information. The construction of my screens was very timely. Half that of some other suppliers. The installation process was quick and trouble-free. Accurate measurements meant everything fit right the first time. Customer service also continues after the sale. Very important to me and the best part, they make the house look great. A shout out to Mr. Danny Stuart who helped me with my selection, SRP paperwork and followed up on his promises. All-in-all, a very satisfying experience.

I also purchased sun screens. They were made and installed in 1.5 weeks...very fast since they make their own screens. The awning is beautiful and excellent quality. Employees are professional and pleasant answering every question I had.

We had a great experience working with Alloro Shade Concepts. Robert came to our house when it was convenient for us. He inspected the windows we wanted to shade and he gave us his recommendations. In just a couple of days, the screens were ready! When the shades were installed, he came back to make sure everything was what we had expected. His character really showed when he told us the large bathroom shade had been accidentially bent during transport to our home. He said he installed it temporarily so we would have a shade there, but he would be out in a few days to replace it. I also saw a segment about him on Channel 3 news! Great job!
