The people who work for Alliance Construction, from the sales manager to the roofers are kind, thorough, professional and detail oriented. Best customer service from a company we have worked with in years. Stephen, the sales manager, was so great to work with. He went over everything, he was at our house everyday to check on the work, and he gave us very competitive pricing. High quality work for the price we paid. Jose, the construction manager, was so impressive. He listened, he answered all of our questions, and he was great to work with as well. They also have a site supervisor, Jualissa, she was on top of everything. She checked on the roofers throughout the process, making sure all was done right, and if she saw the slightest issues, she made sure the roofers took care of it. The roofers not only did a beautiful job on our roof from bottom to top, but they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves everyday, and did several pass throughs after the job was complete to make sure they got all debris removed. In all the experience and results were great!

Stephen (Salesman) saw the job as I did, a rather simple repair. Jose made the schedule arrangements. We changed them a couple times. The job was begun Saturday afternoon considerate of my conflict in the morning. Finding matching material took longer than expected so the job was continued early Sunday morning. It was finished on time having done all that was needed in time for my wife and I to get the job paid for and get to church. The site was cleaned up well. I’d recommend this two man crew for any roofing job.

My experience with Alliance was exceptional compared to any other contractors I ever worked with! They were detailed and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of our projects. They answered any and all questions I asked of them. They were able to start the work earlier than they promised and completed the project way, way ahead of schedule! Their crews showed up early in the morning and worked until dusk, were very professional and easy to work with and answered all my questions as they worked on the project. I have never dealt with a more professional hard working contractor than Alliance. At the end of the project we did a walkthrough to make sure the project was completed to my satisfaction and any incomplete work was immediately addressed and completed that day or the next day. I would highly recommend this contractor to anybody! Truly a pleasure to work with and very price competitive.

The services that were purchased were a new flat and slanted roof along with gutters. They did a great job with the roofing portion, but gutters where not their strong point, because unfortunately they were not catching the rain, and when they did the down spouts leaked when water did go through them. Since that portion was non-functioning I appreciated they refunded for the gutter portion.

The response to my inquiry, inspection and estimate were given very quickly. I had four roofs replaced, including two which required decking. Stephen, the sales manager, was very easy to work with and insured the work was performed to my satisfaction. The work was started quickly and completed promptly. The workers were very respectful and careful not to damage any property. Upon completion both Stephen and the owner of the company performed a walk-through. I would use these folks again in a heartbeat and would readily recommend them to anyone requiring either repair or replacement of a roof.

Thorough Job

New roof....... a good job.... one leak during a recent downpour. They promptly corrected the problem. Painting... plaster painting .... an excellent job... Trim painting .... Most of the crew spoke very little English, which made it difficult to convey my preferences to them.

They were prompt with a quote. Economically priced. I appreciated they have Home Advisor and BBB registrations and ratings. The materials used seemed to be of excellent grade. Work was started in a timely manner, and completed rapidly. Clean up was thorough, with only minor small debris for me to pick up. My roof will likely outlast me, but I would recommend, and go back to them for any future repairs or modifications.

Excellent. Good crew, respectful workers. A first-week-in-December project. When they found out the local distributor would not have the shingles I selected in stock for another 2 weeks, their boss upgraded to the next higher shingle quality (same color) which was in stock, free of charge to me, and completed the job on-time. Awesome. Quarter of a century warranty, too.

They are very professional, somebody was there everyday and we were always made aware of what was happening, and also they met the time frame that they had provided us with. Wonderful company, we have made plans to use them again.
