From the moment I made my initial home inspection appointment, to the completed service, I must say, it was a superb experience!!! Karen was amazing at keeping in touch with me and setting up the appointments. Ron was absolutely phenomenal in his professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. During my free evaluation, Ron came across as caring and truthful. Then, on the day of the project, Ron and his wonderful helper, are both respectful and kind. I was extremely impressed by their work ethic and the finished product. They answered all of my questions and explained all of the work they had done. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Allergen Sweep, LLC. Because of this, I HIGHLY recommend their experience and services to anyone who needs hard-working, honest, and professional people to hire.

They worked throughout the day paying great attention to detail. Arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning our air vents. We could not believe all they got out of the ductwork including children's toys from at least 20 years ago!! We had some packets put in vents to help my husband's allergies. I even got photos of immaculate vents.

Ron was very courteous and professional. He explained his product and process very well. It is all organic and safe for my dogs and the environment. He communicated the schedule and was prompt on the day of work. When the work was done, everything was cleaned up and my walls looked so much better! I am looking forward to having a mold-free basement going forward. I would recommend Allergen Sweep to anyone with a mold issue. Thank you Ron!

Ron was very professional and punctual. He explained, in depth, the process of mold removal. They also tore out and disposed of old wooden shelving for no extra charge.

We are very pleased with Allergen Sweep and the work that we had done.

The owners name is Ron and we can not speak highly enough of him... just to compare... the first assessment we got from another company... he did not even look at the mold... he was here maybe half an hr... he told us to make arrangements to have the entire cabinet removed... row of drawers...sink...dishwasher...with 2 yr old quartz on it...and to call him when that was done... when Ron came, he was here for almost 1 1/2 hr... he took the baseboard off... checked the outside light to make sure it was sealed... the cabinet to the left of the dishwasher was open to the dishwasher... it was L shaped...he all but got in and determined the mold was not behind the dishwasher... then realizing there was a register in under the sink...removed that and determined it was not behind the sink... this was just the free assessment. When he got here to remediate... he removed the single cabinet with the drawers and had the end of the quartz supported and checked that it was level... cut out the drywall... and determined that when we had the house sided a couple years ago...a nail was put into the drain pipe from the upstairs... determined exactly where it was and that it was dry above it... as difficult as it was for our plumber to replace it, it was made easier by what Ron had determined... he did know where the nail was... and also found out that there were 3 more nails below that... once the drywall is replaced, he is coming back to reinstall the cabinet...clearly, we could not be more pleased! I really felt the need to share the entire experience... he has our highest recommendation... he was thorough, competent, and he paid such attention to detail.

Ron arrived on time and explained throughout the removal process what was involved. He made a stressful time bearable.

Ron was prompt responding to my call regarding a mold issue. On his first visit, he spent considerable time investigating the problem and making his recommendations. His work to eliminate the problem was quick, clean and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to to hire him again, but hope I never have to.

Ron was very good. He took a conservative but thorough approach to only do the work that was needed and he did it well. He is very honest and kind man and was able to get started on our job right away. If ever we had another problem like this again, we would definitely hire him again.

Ron was personable/professional and very thorough. Was cautious about creating work for us. Arrived on time and worked til job completed. Cleaned up afterwards. Informed us as to what he found. The price was far better than another estimate we had received....far better! Would contract with him again without hesitation.

Honest and thorough

Ron was very prompt and ready to work. He is a good communicator and understood our problem. He took pictures and showed us the problem and was willing to work with us to solve the problem in a timely fashion, even offering a couple options.

This is a great company. He has done work residential and commercial work for me. Very responsive and has excellent communication. Ron always follows up with me to ensure all my expectations are met. They were highly respectful of my home and property while doing the work. I strongly recommend.
