Allen Exterior Painting were so great to work with. They were so responsive from my first contact with them. I had an area to be patched after having an old wood stove chimney removed. On the day they came to do the work, they were so quiet and fast, I didn't even know they had come and gone! Their work looks great. I would definitely recommend them!

I had viewed a re-roof in our manufactured home park that Allen Exterior had done. It looked good to me. So, needing a roof replaced in October, I included them in my requests for quotes from 3 different companies. The quote Mark (the owner of Allen Exterior Remodeling) was by far the most detailed and comprehensive quote on what needed to be done, the materials to be used, and the time frame to do it. Mark was very happy to share his ideas and reasoning on both the scope of work and material selection. It was a bonus that the quoted price was very reasonable. The roof was done in a timely manner as the weather permitted (late fall). Mark kept me informed of every step. His crew was always very professional. I have no hesitations in recommending Allen Exterior Remodeling.

We are selling our home and a small leak was found in the roof by the buyer's home inspector. I needed a reliable roofing contractor to assess and possibly fix the small leak. I make it a habit to research anything I purchase including services, so I started my quest for a reliable roofer. After reviewing several companies, I came across Allen Exterior Remodeling, Inc. I liked what I saw on Google, Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. I called the office and spoke to Jean who was very helpful and professional, she connected me with Mark their Estimator and we set up a day and time to assess the small roof leak and possibly repair it. Mark arrived on time, I detailed our roof situation and he proceeded to get on the roof.....find the source of the leak and make the small repair needed. I would call Allen Exterior again for any roofing needs and feel confident that the work would be done expertly

Professional, Concise and Knowledgable about product, materials, application, warranties, safety and permits. estimate process on time, and explained in full detail, great listener. The crew left a completely clean and well dressed landscape when work completed. Excellent staff, polite, detail oriented cohesive team work. All aspects of work flow, explained. They created all their own in house sheet metal work for new roof and gutters. Everything customized for my roofline, at no extra charge. Follow up and easy billing process. All warranties in writing. First, week after new roof added we had a major wind and rain storm. I slept without any fears as roof insulation made all sounds inside house minimal. Glad, I switched from EDM to PVC roof.

We hired Allen Exterior for three separate projects: Replace portions of our siding; painting the exterior of our home; and replacing the roof of our home and carport. We had watched work being done in our community prior to our requesting proposals and were extremely pleased with the work we watched being done by the Allen Exterior team, especially their attention to details. We obtained proposals from four separate contractors and Marks was in the middle of the range of proposals. Marks inspection of our home was very thorough and his proposals for each project were very detailed and included notations of items that could arise once work began especially regarding our sagging carport roof. Two skylights had to be special ordered and we are very pleased with the new skylights. He gave us great advise and we felt the quality of all the work done on our home was outstanding. The work crews for each project were all hard working professionals and if something came up they would quickly let us know and we were able to review it with Mark before agreeing to any changes. They left the property clean each day. We would not hesitate to recommend them for any exterior projects.

Mark was easy to work with. They completed the work on time and on budget. In fact Mark underestimated the cost of a skylight we were replacing. It turned out to be a special order and not the standard off the shelf size he put in his estimate. After a short wait the order came in and Mark personally installed the the skylight at no extra cost to us. Great customer service. Thank you Mark!

I thought that i needed to replace my roof. I got multiple bids in the $17K-$20K range. Allen told me I had 4-5 years left and only needed $700 in repairs to have a solid roof. Awesome!

Mark's crew was top notch. Mark was great to work with and went the extra mile to understand what our needs were and coordinate to get the job done the way we wanted it done. He was also helpful in working out important details like venting and coordinating with other trades that were doing work at the house. Highly recommend!

Mark Landis’ crews were organized efficient and courteous. We always had good communication regarding staging of the work. Worksite was left clean and clear at the end of each day. Mark did a great job of explaining various products and thoroughly explaining the process of tear out and replace. In addition to traditional asphalt roofing we needed to have a flat roof finished which was done exceptionally well. Mark and I walked each course of the roof when it was finished to ensure that everything was done to a high standard. Mark is a top-tier contractor with great staff. Very knowledgeable and responsive to unique situations. Could be creative in solving a problem. We will not need to worry about our roof-deck for many, many years.

They did great work at a reasonable price. We got our roof at peak season and the crew was spread a little thin working on several jobs, so there were some communication issues a couple of times. Still, we are very satisfied with our roof!

Person who came and did the bid was very knowledgeable, educated us about the process and benefits of the roof system we purchased. We obtained 5 bids, and even if this hadn't been the lowest bid, the professionalism demonstrated sold us on using this company. The job was completed in the timeframe promised. Very little debris left, and my flower beds were untouched! Roof looks great, and we are enjoying the fact that our gutters no longer overflow in heavy rain storms. We have gotten to test it a few times already! Thank you.

We had a good experience with A1 Exterior Remodeling. They responded to phone calls and requests quickly, professionally and courteously, notifying us when they would be here and if they were running late. They did a nice job on our siding, matching up with what we already had, and had great ideas for to make problem areas look good. They always cleaned up after themselves and cheerfully worked despite the rainy, windy, and cold conditions! We were pleased and would definitely recommend them.
