JR & Lorenzo and their team did an amazing job with our home. We had a pipe burst because of the freeze December 23rd. They were the first team able to get out to my house and worked late on the Christmas Eve to make sure we had equipment to start drying out the rooms. I appreciate them going above and beyond, especially over the holiday season. They kept us updated of the progress and next steps and worked with our insurance company as needed.

My husband was home only a few days from the hospital recovering from total hip replacement surgery. We experienced a sewer blockage and overflow in all 3 of our bathrooms. It was imperative to quickly get those bathrooms completely sanitized to avoid even a slight chance of getting an infection in his open wound. He could not even safely use a toilet without risk. This company sent out two very well trained, efficient and polite service people. My bathrooms have never been so clean and pleasant smelling. In this instance I got what I paid for and them some.

They were life savers. A toilet had been over flowing for 8 hours. By the time I got up on Sunday morning the water was up to my ankles. ALL DRY not only worked on Sundays but also was at my home within 2 hours with all their equipment. 3 days later- carpet was dry and furniture put back in place. I would definitely use them again!!@
