They were the most reasonably priced company for what I was looking for, very prompt in getting me scheduled, and so helpful during installation. All Cities Water Treatment came in with the lowest price for the whole package, beating other well-known water treatment companies. Their salesman was professional and courteous, and gave us enough information to choose the right product; we chose the larger unit, since we have a pool that gets topped off from out house water supply. Their installer was on time, courteous and professional in his installation and explanation. We've had no problems with the water softener. I can't imagine a more satisfying experience.

We have been customers of All Cities since 1999.  The service has been Great.   Warrantee
service has been very good, they have been very good explaining what is
happening and why.  The first of the year
we replaced the RO system.  Smaller, more
efficient and better placed, it is also easier to service. 
This week we replaced the soft water system.  The old unit was 15 + years old, and parts
were getting tired.  The new units are
far more efficient, the foot print is similar. 
He guys doing the work, David and Jayne were efficient, thoughtful and
RIGHT ON TIME!!!!  Everything went as
planned.  Happy Campers.  I recommend them to anyone who is tired of
the crummy San Diego water.

We love our water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system. The previous owners of our house had a water softener system, but it was placed out in the front yard. We wanted the water softener to be located in the garage. They installed a Hydronex water softener in the garage and ran some plumbing lines under our house to accommodate the installation.

Also installed the RO system at the kitchen sink. It all went great. Highly recommended!

Marc was very responsive and arrived on time for our appointment. He explained the process and system thoroughly. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He is not a high pressure salesman, which I really appreciated. We scheduled an appointment for installation of the system; the installer arrived on time. He was very professional, efficient, polite, and made sure to clean up the area he worked in. He also took the time to go through the system, demonstrate all of the shut off valves, and the bypass for the water softener system. Marc provided a follow up call to verify the system was installed and we were happy with the service. From beginning to end, our experience with All Cities Water Treatment was a very positive one. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Everything they did was excellent for what I saw and for what he did. He fixed the problem and it works fine now. The problem I had before was that one of the parts had deteriorated and the softener was no longer serviceable. He replaced it with a much higher quality part so hopefully it will be better than it was new. I called them on a Saturday and there was somebody here on Monday morning.

Marc did a followup call and will look into why one faucet wasn't getting immediate hot water. We will use them again when the need arrises. It's a very professional firm.

The owner,Mark, was very professional. Eddie,the installer, was prompt, worked quickly and hauled away the old softener. The new softener didn't seem to be wroking properly. The company responded immediately and took care of the problem. I highly recommend All Cities Water.

I found All Cities on Angie's List and called them. Marc Cohen came the next day (Thursday) to check my water and look at my system. He explained what I needed and we arranged to have the installation done on Saturday. We also decided to put in a hot water recirculation system. Marc's installer arrived exactly when scheduled. He replaced the reverse osmosis system first,1 then the water softener system and the hot water recirculation system last. Both Marc and the installer were wonderful to work with. The whole installation only took about 4 hours. They hauled away the old systems and were very neat in their work. My 3 small dogs loved them!! I thought the overall price was excellent for all three systems, especially since I had been spending hundreds of dollars over the past several years whenever my old system needed servicing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

After speaking with several different companies, Marc, at All Cities Water Treatment, was very helpful in answering the many questions that I had regarding water softeners and filters. With his aid we were able to determine which system would be best for my house and scheduled an installation date. The morning the install was scheduled his employee arrived on time with the supplies needed. In the end, it was clear that the installer knew how to do a good job. Overall Marc was knowledgeable,professional, and trustworthy.
