Dan and his team did the most comprehensive inspection that I have ever experienced, and I could not be happier. Having purchased several homes over the years, I can think of at least three instances when supposedly excellent and experienced inspectors missed issues that later resulted in five-digit mitigations or repairs. So I am wary when hiring an inspector. However, I am confident that, if Dan’s team couldn’t find the issue, then it just can’t be found. Furthermore, Dan is incredibly personable, patient, and kind. He is generous with his time and willing to take the time to answer questions and discuss his findings. This level of care and attention is increasingly rare. I can recommend Dan and his team wholeheartedly, and without reservations. You will probably pay more for an inspection by All American but you can be confident that you won’t be paying three times more later to fix a problem that should have been addressed before the sale.

I've used All American Inspections twice for pre-purchase home inspections. I was very satisfied with Dan and his team and would use them again. They were very thorough and explained all of their findings. The report they issue is very detailed and includes many pictures. Dan & Tina performed an inspection on a 2004 house my wife and I were going to purchase in September 2020. Thank goodness they did. We received the 124 page inspection report and it was filled with so many major and minor issues it really saved our butts! We were more than pleased with the inspection but the seller was not. Because this is a sellers market like we haven’t seen in a while, the seller would not do the repairs nor discount the house more than what was agreed on before the inspection; telling us that his house was worth it and he would get his asking price. Maybe so, as I see his house is pending now. Nonetheless, Dan and Tina were professional, very detailed and caught things that were hidden from plain sight. The most shocking thing they found, besides fiberglass particles in the HVAC ducting and rotten facia in one valley, they left a whirlpool tub filled and running for a couple hours while they were performing their inspection. After a couple hours I was leaving them to finish with my agent and Dan pulled me aside to show me that there was a leak behind the shower wall that was so bad it was leaking water outside from the brick weep hole, something I have never seen in my 53 years (I often wondered why those weep holes were there). My wife and I are disappointed that the sellers wouldn’t do any repairs, and that we just spent a bunch of money on an inspection on someone else’s house but they saved us potentially tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. Thanks! We will be using them again shortly!!!

Professional home inspectors. Use them if you decide to buy a house. They are very thorough, check the house from the top of the roof to the lower levels - and foundation. They give a comprehensive report afterwards that will let you know potential issues before you consumate the purchase. This advise can save you thousands of dollars. Why risk it? Their effort is well worth the charge.

Last year I called Dan with All American Inspections to inquire about an inspection and mold testing for a house I was renting at the time. Dan was very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions so I decided to go ahead and schedule the testing and inspection. The day of the inspection Tina came out and did a wonderful job. She spent hours inspecting the property, answering our questions, doing the mold testing and explaining about it. I learned a lot that day and I was very, very thankful. Within a few days our 28 page report was emailed to us and Dan called and explained the report in detail. I was so impressed that my father used them as well to inspect and mold test his house and property. Once again Tina was great! She answered all of my dad’s questions and took her time with a thorough inspection and doing the testing. Dan was awesome with reviewing the report once again. My husband and I are looking to buy a house now and the first thing we thought was having Dan come out to inspect and test. Our inspection is scheduled this week and we are looking forward to it! I know our house is in good hands!

I used All American Inspection & Testing for an inspection on the purchase of a new construction home. They were very thorough with their findings, and I received the inspection report quickly after they finished. They found issues on the home, so as a first time home buyer of a new construction home, it raised a red flag. Not only did they do a great job, they saved me THOUSANDS of dollars on purchasing the new home and the potential of spending more money fixing it. Thank you All American Inspection & Testing! Outstanding! I wanted a thorough inspection of my home to identify any issues I might be facing now and in the future. I live alone and have little knowledge of home repairs. Dan and Tina put me at ease right away and patiently explained their process. Through the buying and selling of several houses I thought I knew what to expect of a home inspection. Let me just say, this FAR exceeded my expectations! Dan and Tina arrived promptly on time and spent nearly five hours going over my 1900sf home. From the roof to the crawlspace and everything in between, they examined/tested every component of my home. Problems identified were explained in detail with recommendations. At my request, I was also given recommendations for reliable contractors that could perform necessary repairs. All American Inspections could not have been more helpful and I would not hesitate to use them again for a fair, honest and helpful home inspection.

All American Inspections is the absolute bomb! I was blessed enough to have them inspect a few houses for me about 7 years ago. Since that time, I have kept Mr. Dan Paradella's number in my various phones because I was so impressed with their services! I more recently had Mr. Dan inspect a house for me, and seven years since first using his services, he is still providing the same quality of service! The attention to detail provided is outstanding! Mr. Dan inspected a practically brand new house for me which I assumed would mean..."no issues:)" Ha! The problems he brought to my attention, and the stress he saved me was more than worth his fee. He supplied me with a file almost an inch thick of documented issues with the house which I was then able to have addressed Prior to purchasing the house! Again, these guys are the best inspectors you're going to find! I'm so grateful to have worked with them. Very pleasant experience!

All American Home Inspections exceeded our expectations! Dan was extremely helpful and thorough. He educated us during the inspection so that we would be informed of the problems at hand. After the inspection was completed, he remained in contact with us and allowed us to call or text him at any time with questions. He does honest work and is one of the best in this field. Beyond his certifications and expertise, he is trustworthy and goes above and beyond for his customers. We called him for a mold inspection, but he also inspected the entire house and found a large active leak and fiberglass particles circulating in the air system. He is truly concerned for your safety/health and inspects all aspects of the house. I will definitely be utilizing his services for all future houses/apartments I lease or purchase. I can’t say enough about how awesome Dan is with All American Home Inspections. Do not lease or purchase a house until you contact this company to do an inspection! If you are a student, they offer a student discount and want to help students who are experiencing issues with their apartment/house.

We are so impressed by the All American Inspection team. Being first time home buyers, Dan & Tina have helped guide us through this process both during the inspection and afterwards. Purchasing a new construction home, we were amazed by the detail their team went into and the amount of issues that were found. Did not buy the house. Seller would not come down off price. Too many things wrong with the house. Termites were the biggest issue.

I recently moved to Louisiana and decided to purchase a home. Having All American Home Inspection on my corner made the process a lot easier. They really take pride in their inspections. They come with tooth and nail to inspect your property. Thanks to them I was able to identify some discrepancies and they were able to reinspect the property and discovered discrepancies weren’t fixed this allowed me to walk out of a bad deal. Hiring them gave me the peace of mind. I’m on the process of buying a different home now and I called Mr. Dan and his team to come inspect my future new home. They were able to discovered a leak the owner didn’t have a clue it was there. I love the house and they give me the warm and fuzzy to continue with my purchase.
