Additionally, he went above and beyond by assisting me in measuring the windows and recommending appropriate curtain sizes, given that the windows are not of standard dimensions. The inspection report was thorough and included photographs to clearly illustrate the specific issues that need to be addressed prior to closing. He tested each appliance to ensure proper functioning and checked the outlets throughout the property. Additionally, he offered helpful suggestions in response to my ideas for future modifications once the home officially becomes mine. Overall, I was very impressed with his service and would certainly consider engaging him again in the future.

This inspector spent the entire time talking and barely completed a home inspection that he was hired to do! He just wanted to talk about all his personal experience but did not actually find more than a couple of items of note on his own that we didn?t point already point out to him as he missed all of them. He did not bring his own equipment for the appointment and only made excuses for why his equipment was not available for the appt. I wasted my money on this inspection and feel as if I have been duped for the large fee I paid.
