Alex is a standup guy and fully transparent. He presented various options to repair my cracked slab. His crew showed up and repaired the crack in a timely manner with a great finished product. He was one of the few to respond as many other contractors only want bigger and high cost projects. Needless to say, I will only be considering Alex for any future projects.

Called Alex construction on a weekend and he called that very day and was out to our house within the hour to look at what needed to be done. He gave us a super reasonable quote which was less than we were expecting, so we agreed to move forward. Within hours of the initial call, he had us a quote and was already scheduled to get the work done. They arrived on time everyday, were VERY professional, did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. It was a fantastic experience! We are telling everyone we know to call this company for any concrete work they may need! We will definitely use them again when we replace our back patio!! A+++++. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It went wonderful. The owner kept me informed through the process, answered questions timely, and the guys did a great job and very courteous and cleaned up the area. With my dogs and job, we had to work around things and they were great about it. Would definitely hire again.

Alex was great, worked with me to get the proper plan and provided expert suggestions then negotiated with me to set a good start date as this was in March. His crew were excellent, knew exactly what to do and always were a step ahead of me when I was worried about some aspect of the job. All the guys were very experienced and professional. I could not have done better than my choice of Alex Construction.

Everything went better than expected. Alex called me within hours of requesting a quote on here. Made an appointment for the next day. He was the only contractor that called back without being pushy and was extremely flexible with our time frame. We accepted his bid which was very reasonable on a Friday they started working on Saturday and the job was complete by Wednesday. Here is the scope of the project. 52' by 27' driveway removed and replaced with 52' by 34.5' Rebar Reinforced driveway 27' by 3' walkway removed And replaced with 27' by 4.5' Reinforced concrete 20' by 14' Rebar reinforced concrete Patio connecting walkway and existing patio with 4" riser retaining wall It looks amazing! Alex and his crew were professional and courteous every step of the way. There was great communication Through every phase of the project.A great family company I have already recommended to family and friends and will definitely call the next time I need any type of construction work done. They were awesome! Veteran friendly. Called them on a wed. And they responded quickly to us and returned with a great bid. And bam! 4 days later I have a new driveway and back porch. They came in and knocked out. We are very happy with their work and would 100% use them again.

If I could give an A+, or an 11 on the 1-10 scale, I would. Better than perfect! Alex provided me with a VERY competitive bid to replace our driveway, our sidewalk to the front porch, and a timeline to start the process of removal of old concrete and the install of new. Day 1: Once we gave him the okay, he confirmed the start date. On the day of demolition, the crew arrived on time. With little hesitancy, they started working non-stop. Pouring of the new concrete was ordered for the 2nd day. Proper site prep was critical. Day 2: Again, the crew arrived on time, set the forms, added sand for the sub-base, then compacted it for stability. About 10 minutes after completion, the cement truck arrived and the crew worked tirelessly and non-stop until everything was finished to perfection and the surface as smooth as glass. I watched in utter disbelief at the quality of workmanship! “Where do you find this quality of workers?” Day 3: True to their word, the crew returned to remove the forms, backfilled the gaps left by the forms with dirt. They cut the expansion joints, cleaned any residual construction debris, and power washed the entire drive and sidewalk. They even power washed the street area leading up to our drive. (They didn’t want my tires tracking any street dirt onto the pristine driveway! LOL.) Again, the crew cleaned up the entire construction area, raked the surrounding grass for small concrete fragments. Having said that, I would add that I take enormous pride in our curb appeal. It was obvious that Alex’s crew did, as well. And as crazy as this may sound, Alex’s crew left our home BETTER than they found it. And that is NOT an easy thing to do. But they did! Amazing!!! Thank you, Alex. And a VERY heart felt THANK YOU to every one of your associates. I would be proud to refer you to all my friends and neighbors! Thanks, again!

They did a great job. There wasn't even the slightest issue. In addition, they were very communicative, and professional. I would definitely choose them again in I needed any other concrete work.

The workers were ontime, polite, friendly and professional. The job was done quickly and efficiently. It looks great!

The quality of the fence was good although the actual cost of the project was more than the estimate. Also there was a sprinkler damaged & a large bush destroyed & neither were reported. Alex was responsive in repairing the sprinkler.

We have now used Alex Construction twice and both times they did excellent work. Alex is easy to get hold of and professional to work with. His prices for our projects were very comparable to other quotes we received but upon meeting with him and discussing possibilities of how-to and what-if's we knew he was the best choice. His suggestions were spot-on and made the final result even better than expected. The crew, both times, were on time and got to work immediately. They never stood around just watching each other work. They worked tirelessly until it was time for their lunch, and then went right back to what they were doing afterwards. The crews have been happy, talking and joking with each other and a joy to have around. If I didn't understand something, there was always someone to easily explain it to me. Clean up after the day was always great, and clean up at the end of the project was too. The next concrete work we need will be done by these guys. They're the best at what they do.

They were very amazing. Also in contact from start to finish. Showed up on timed and made sure we were happy with it which we are. Would recommend to anyone and hire them again.

Well the failure previously was due to water running under the driveway. They formed the replacement concrete in a way to stop the water from going under the new driveway. I thought the price was good. I thought the quality was outstanding.
