I recently hired Richard and his team at Albatross Construction to resurface my pool, redo the pool tile, and build a pergola. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Richard was prompt, communicative, and always arrived exactly when he promised. The prices were extremely affordable, making the high-quality work even more impressive. My pool looks stunning, and the pergola is now the perfect addition to my backyard. This is not a paid review - I would not hesitate to hire Richard again. He is quick, professional, honest, helpful. Work was done to a great standard. Happy to have anyone visit my property to check it out. We have since completed an full equipment change and added a heater. Thoroughly recommend him! Hard to find people like this - btw I never post reviews!

Albatross construction (Richie & team) Did a fantastic job reimaging our backyard. They removed my old composite wood deck and replaced it with a beautiful slip resistant marble with larger footprint & paver driveway The work was outstanding and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

I always get 4 bids for my major projects. Rich came in at a fair price and I liked the thought of the owner coming out for the evaluation as well as the fact that he would be present during the construction. We had our pool resurfaced, new coping, new skimmer and a shelf for in water lounges and an umbrella. In addition, Richâ s team fixed my travertine deck that was sinking. Rich went above and beyond multiple times, even to the point of replacing a piece of my PVC fence that our landscaper broke. Itâ s only a few days since the job was completed so we wonâ t know for a month during our fire up service how the pool will ultimately look, but after only 3 days, itâ s looking beautiful. As for the pavers, Rich provided a fair warranty just in case any of them sink, which I do not expect to happen based on the footer that they put down. I would highly recommend Albatross Construction for all of your pool and paver needs.

I have very high expectations when I have contractors work for me. Richard was very attentive and Addressed any concerns that I had during the process.
