I could not be more satisfied. This was my first experience with a property using well water with filtration and water softener. It sat vacant for a year before i moved in. Jay (the technician) on time as scheduled and educated me on the system I had and very patiently explained all the options. We settled on a plan and he went to work and took care of my issues. I will definitely use them exclusively in the future. Hats off to Jay for making me a life long customer.

Jay is a true professional. Prior to my fully moving in, the existing water softener malfunctioned. Over the phone Jay helped me navigate the situation. Weeks later, he contacted me and asked if I was ready to replace it. He came by and explained what type of system I could install. He walked us through everything that needed to be done and the costs. Then he went right to work and got it done expertly and efficiently. Jay from AFCOA replaced the carbon media in my Pelican water filtration system. He was extremely competent and professional. Jay did a great job and I will have Jay replace the carbon media in future years.
