They were punctual, respectful and efficient. The technician, Manny, were done much quicker than anticipated and explained how long to stay off the carpets and how to ensure they stayed clean. He also noticed that the previous owners of the home had owned pets and let me know he would use a special enzyme to remove that odor and dander. Amazing customer experience.

If you like babysitting then hire them. They left my carpets as clean as they came out but they did not evacuate enough and it took two days to dry. One room still smelled from my pets, so I would not rehire them.

They were prompt and professional. Explained what they could do and the limits to what they could do. Job was just as described. Nice to deal with a company that was honest about what they could do and the price was very fair.

The representative from the company was professional and patient while several pieces of furniture were moved.

The technician was 30 minutes late. Not a game changer but a heads up from the company would have moved the STAR count from 4.5 to 5.0 for customer service. The order taker was courteous and a pleasure to talk to. The tech who cleaned the carpets was professional in appearance, attitude, skill and did an excellent job. I will use Advantage Carpet Cleaning again and would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding service by Jimmy! He called ahead to let us know he was about 20 minutes out and then he arrived on time which was much appreciated given my last experience with another company in which they were 2 hours late. Jimmy put in 110% and I will definitely call again for all of my carpet cleaning needs and I hope that you do too! I highly recommend their services!

Did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. Even was early to the job. My cat got out (totally my fault) and he even offered to help me find the cat! (Cat came home). I will hire Advantage again the next time I need my carpets and rugs cleaned.
