Timely, professional, knowledgable. Took time to answer all of my questions before, after and during the inspection for mold and dampness. Shared pictures of findings. Took air samples and will provide results in a couple of days. Very pleased and will hire again if needed.

Dealing with this company was just a great experience. I left a message late at night and first thing in the morning had a call to schedule an appointment. We got a lot of snow the morning of the appointment but the company Owner - Scott Blackwood - was on time. Scott was engaged to test the home for mold as my health compromised in-laws wondered if air quality might be contributing to their health issues. Scott was fantastic in his patience level answering their questions and clearly explaining the process. After lab samples were taken, weather delayed the fed ex delivery of same to labs in Texas, but Scott contacted us the moment he knew test results would be delayed and sent me a follow-up email first thing every morning to keep me up to date. Sampling came back negative, which Scott predicted, but he had some great recommendations for a few minor compromised areas in the home that we could take care of on our own. His honesty in this business dealing was deeply appreciated. His constant updates are unusual to say the least in todays non-customer service oriented world. Above all I deeply appreciate his timeliness and care in dealing with my family members. Highly recommend the services provided by this business and their culture of excellent customer service.

Scott was very thorough in explaining the process and very personable. Lead technician Chip kept me up to date on the process each day. The other techs were amazing and did their work throughly. Iâ m telling everyone.

The experience with AdvantaClean was positive from the start. Scott came out and explained the issue in detail. They provided an in depth statement of work and were able to schedule the job in a short period of time. The gentlemen who did the deconstruction were extremely nice and respectful in addition to knowledgeable. Also, since the job was not as labor intensive and time consuming as they had projected, they actually reduced the cost of the job. We were very surprised by this and so happy to find a company with such integrity.

Scott reviewed my situation and dug right in to find the cause of the problem first. He worked to fix the cause and even provided me with a sump pump until I could get one installed. He then quoted me a very reasonable price to clean up the mold we had. They did a great job on that work as well. We will have them back to clean the whole floor when we get things back in place. Simply the best service I have ever had, thanks Scott!
