Sid was presented with a " sensitive situation" , as I, the homeowner, was going to have to get financial assistance to test and then remove/replace as necessary. Sid handled the situation between myself and the other party very professionally and thoroughly. He explained his findings and was always available to answer questions and concerns . Being cognizant of each customers current situation is imperative to a successful experience. I would highly recommend Sid and his company !
