This might be long, but please read in its entirety. Mike was a WONDERFUL person when it came to setting up my elderly parents' new television, sound system, remotes, etc. He was on time, was super patient, and made my mom and dad use their remotes several times to "build that muscle memory." He would gently say, "OK, now show me one more time." He explained everything in layman's terms for them. Here is the AMAZING part -- my folks had a discontinued remote, and Mike created his own program so that it would work with their Logitech remote. It kept crashing, and he refused to leave until it was up and running. I have RARELY seen anyone go to these lengths. I wish I could give him a 10 star review. Use this gentleman. You won't regret it.

Needed enhancement of ethernet/internet upload & download issues as we were only getting about 0.1 gigs in a couple areas of our home, but we pay for 2 gigs. Mike was very knowledgeable and helped us with increasing the internet speed via ethernet with multiple network switch enhancements. He also provided suggestions on enhancing WIFI for certain "slow" areas of our home and identified several plug-ins to the network switches for our reference. He's a very professional and kind guy.

Mike is great. He is very polite and he kept me informed of when he would be arriving, and was prompt. After diagnosing that our antenna was old and corroded, he replaced it with a new antenna and wiring. He determined that we are now receiving many more channels and that the signals are quite good. My husband and I are very pleased with the job that Mike did for us. I would recommend him to anyone needing the services he provides.

Mike from Advance Electronic does believe in "service after the sale". Some of this technology is complex and may require a couple of follow-up visits to ensure that the user is able to optimally utilize the sound system. He will show up when he says he will and does what he says he will do. He was very good with post-sales support, well after the check clears.

Mike was great to work with. Had to move my install time due to a conflict with my schedule. However I was able to finish early, texted him and he came out within an hour.
