Daniel was very professional and he has a genuine and sincere character. When Daniel has a busy schedule, he sent one of his workers/ associates. I was pleased with his work. I was impressed when Daniel took the time to stop by to make sure I was pleased with the work. Not only did he check the work, he also assisted. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

They did amazing job!

I am a VERY UNSATISFIED customer of this company and the owner, Mr Gubala. My main project was for him to install a sliding mirror door and two wooden interior doors. Every aspect of the project they worked on that involved actual construction was functionally and/or cosmetically defective. Every door was poorly installed with messy workmanship and cheap products. He scratched the entire front of all 3 panels of the sliding mirror door. The kitchen door frame was installed so poorly we cannot open the kitchen drawer adjacent to it. The hallway door was installed so poorly you have to use brute force to close it. He did not match the paint color/quality as requested for the 2 wooden doors. All painting of the doors and drywall was done in a sloppy fashion with seams showing and missed bare areas. If you value good workmanship, quality products that function properly and professional behavior do NOT hire this company.

I truly recommend Daniel and his worker on work they did on repairing my stairs and they was definitely cheaper than all the rest, and they did a great job!!!! I will be hiring him to do my drywall for my basement. So all I’m saying is they did my stairs with in two days!!! I will see you soon. Thank You! Ms Mary…

I was very happy with all the aspects of this job. They were very honest when giving me an estimate and explained what they would be doing. They came in went to work and did not fool around. They left no mess behind and we're polite and very considerate young men. Would hire them again without hesitation.

The guys were great, they fixed my projects within the time they estimated, and everything works wonderfully. I would definitely recommend and week be keeping them in mind for any future projects.

Daniel and Paul from My Property Masters were great. They showed up on time, quickly understood the 6 various house projects I needed done, picked up the right equipment for the tasks, split up the tasks and got to work. In just 3 hours they completed all 6 projects and their work was professional and clean. They were very polite and flexible as that same day I had sump pump issues and had various plumbers coming in and out to give estimates and they were able to work around the interruptions with no issues. Will definitely reach out to them again if needed.

initally, they began nicely, however, he never completed anything beyond the demo of the bathroom, his workers did not fully laid tiles, installed shower or the vanities. he would take the 1st installment and still not they complete the work, same with the 2nd and 3rd installment. He and his workers have not completed any of the jobs in the contract. They have not cleaned up the workspace. he has taken the money that was given in good faith

Workmanship was very good. Had some difficulty when I could not Zelle him the balance right away after the job was done. I was out of town and did not have immediate access to my computer. I asked for some grace to pay him within 1-2 hours but he got upset about it. I had to make an emergency call to my wife to take care of it. Then I had trouble getting a receipt from him. It took a few days. Seems one sided.
