It didn't go well. I pay 329 dollars for the service. The first time they fix the fan. But 7 days later it is stop working again. They came back and found out it was the compressor that need to be fix and they advise to get a new refrigerator. I was upset because they should be fully checked the refrigerator if its the fan or the compressor that need to be fix. Within that 7 days, all the food which is 400$ worth of groceries that should be using for upcoming party was spoiled because the fixing of refrigerator didn't go well.

Dion was highly professional and punctual throughout our very complex issue. It took a couple trips to get parts ordered, but Dion was extremely honest and great to work with through the whole process. When we finally determined the freezer couldn’t be fixed, Dion actually refunded us for the whole thing!! I would absolutely recommended Dion for any of your appliance repair needs, and I will never use anyone else. It’s so hard to find folks you trust, and I trust Dion 110%.

Excellent!! I contacted another company before A+ Appliance for a quote before performing the job and couldn't get a readable document from them to submit to my warranty company. After contacting A+ appliance, a legible quote and was received, approved by my warranty company and I hired them. They replaced the cracked gasket door, ran a quick cycle to ensure no more leaks, and even cleaned up any mess. I would hire them again.

The response was within a couple of days. The repairman was knowledeable and found our filter housing was defective. The repair was done the next day. We were very happy with the service.

Dion was immediately responsive and getting a home visit was quick and easy. He did some troubleshooting over the phone - something a lot of people won’t do - can’t make money if the person fixes the problem. That tells me he’s a honest businessman that really wants to help his customers. He’s very friendly and professional. I would recommend him to any and every body!

The repairs were performed quickly and efficiently. I've used this business for two separate repairs: once for a clogged washer drain, and just today for a bad dryer heating element (and thermo-coupler) on a 14-yr old dryer. In both cases, the prices were reasonable, and the representative, Dion, was friendly, informative, and professional.

Mr. Ocasio was excellent and reasonable. He had to come twice for 2 different repairs. When he gives his word, he means it. His second visit was at 9:00pm and he stayed until 11:00pm to make sure all worked correctly. He’s now the one we will call for any future repairs.

Dion thoroughly evaluated the problem and after more than an hour advised that the problem was with either the Sealed Refrigerant System or the Compressor, both of which were still under manufacturer warranty and directed me back to the manufacturer.

Dion came within a reasonable time, was very professional, efficient, and cordial. He fixed the problem at a reasonable price, and left the area neat and clean. I will definitely use A+Appliance again and recommend them highly. Dion has a 10% coupon on his website for military and seniors which I used.

It went great! I called several other companies only to be told it'd be 3-4 days before they could come out to look at it. I called Dion, who was able to come out the same day. He worked around MY schedule which was very appreciated. Dion is a Super nice guy who added 1 more call to his Friday night so I'd have a working refrigerator again. He diagnosed our problem pretty quickly, and had it running again in an hour. I will definitely call him 1st next time one of our appliances needs work.

I spoke with Dion and told him the problem I was having with my stove, he asked for the brand name which I provided to him. We scheduled an appointment for today. He called in advance before arriving; upon his arrival inspected my stove, showed and explained what the problem was, he also informed me of the cost and had the part on hand. After repairing he made sure my oven was working properly. Dion was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Will use him again and recommend his services to friends and family.

I called A+ and was greeted on the first ring.  Dion informed me that he could be out that afternoon to assess the problem.  He texted to let me know he was on the way and arrived at the time we agreed to. Once there, he looked at the dryer and determined we needed to swap out the outlet.  The work was performed that day and I thought the price was more than fair.  This is not the first time we have used A+.  Each time I have called Dion has been able to come out in a very timely manner and make the necessary repairs for what I consider a very fair price.
