"I'm very sorry that you were unhappy with the result. I did explain before any work was done that the stain would not come out completely, even going so far as to do a small section and send before and after pictures of the results that you could expect a week before the job was booked. The results were in line with the small sample that I had done previously. I also sent you a $50 credit (20% of what was charged for the job) through square the day the work was done as a courtesy since you expressed your unhappiness with the final results."
