The floors looked great. The company worked with me through multiple scheduling changes due to other contractors. Recommend having PCM & TEM air quality testing performed by a 3rd party, certified industrial hygienist.

I contacted a number one abatement company to remove asbestos tile from my parents basement. they were professional and knowledgeable about navigating the home insurance system. They came in without disrupting the household, and completed the job in one day. Their entire staff was excellent and explained the process in terms I could understand. Had asbestos tile in two rooms. A1 Abatement came out and had it done in a day for less than other contractors.

A1 did an excellent job end to end, from scheduling and performing a free estimate to two days of asbestos removal and cleanup. The result passed an independent air test and looked spotlessâ they went above and beyond for a reasonable fee.

They were on time for both the estimate and doing the work. I looked for estimates from other companies - one missed the first appointment & the other did not show up for two scheduled appointments. A31 finished the job quickly and did a great job cleaning up after they were finished.

Expensive service for such a small amount of asbestos, but far cheaper than other estimates. And they came promptly and completed the job.
